You will learn how to include yourself in your circle of compassion – how to cultivate sustainable compassion. Based on the work developed by Dr. Christopher Germer and Dr. Kristen Neff and The Centre for Mindful Self-Compassion, this workshop will teach micro-care skills you can begin to use immediately to support yourself emotionally – especially when things are tough.
