A certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teacher, Kathleen is one the leading MSC teachers in Australia. She completed her MSC teacher training with Chris Germer, Kristin Neff, Michelle Becker, and Steven Hickman, through the UCSD Center for Mindfulness. Kathleen has also trained with other mindfulness and compassion pioneers, such as Jon Kabat-Zinn and Paul Gilbert and is dedicated to paying her teachers' wisdom forward.

At Metta, we know that gathering in small groups in beautiful natural surrounds helps inspire and support our learning and practice. Our 8 week MSC group programs are held in a converted stables building in a large exotic garden. Our MSC intensive residential retreats are hosted in tranquil health retreats, providing a complete immersion in self-care.
