Natalie has been practicing mindful awareness and meditation since 1985 and spent a year living in an ashram dedicating herself to intensive practice of meditation and self compassion. Her life’s passion is informed by her early discovery that when we give ourselves the time and safe space to open our hearts we are truly held by love. Natalie teaches mindfulness and compassion as a way of being with ourselves fully allowing our humanness and supporting ourselves in the face of challenge. She believes our work is to learn how to become our own best ally so we can embrace our lives more fully.

Natalie worked for 17 years as a Physical Therapist, Director of Rehabilitation and clinical specialist for medical devices in rehab. After many years of treating patients with medical illness she founded Mindful Wellness to place her full focus on helping people discover well being through compassionate awareness.
Natalie teaches nationally and works with varied groups including physicians, healthcare teams, corporate groups and teachers, bringing awareness practices for self-regulation, greater balance, focus and creativity. Through Mindful Wellness she offers mindfulness programs, classes, workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements.

Natalie is a certified mindfulness instructor for the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center, MARC, teaching the MAPs Mindful Awareness Practices classes and workshops. She offers MSC at the Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles and at various healthcare organizations. Natalie is also the Director of Corporate Programs at Unplug Meditation studio in L.A.
