Donna began teaching the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion program to diverse groups of students and community members at Paradise Valley Community College. Donna's path has led her to become a Certified MSC Instructor and to join the outstanding group of practitioners at Optimal You in Scottsdale, Arizona. Donna feels a growing commitment to live her life in ways that embody the core values of kindness and compassion in ever deepening ways. Won’t you join her?
