Zoe is the director of Go Mindfully which she co-founded with Jaya Rudgard and has been teaching mindfulness based stress reduction to public groups, in higher education, the NHS and counselling organisations for 8 years. She has always been passionate about the compassion aspect of mindfulness training, sharing that mindfulness is very much heart-fullness. The Mindful Self Compassion program feels like a coming home as it brings together the approaches that have informed her life, her teaching and her therapy style for many years. Her early career was in community theatre and then working at the BBC. Subsequently she trained as a Person Centred Counsellor / Psychotherapist and was a Senior Counsellor in a university counselling service for 10 years. Zoe trained in teaching Mindfulness at Bangor University. She has a private practice offering mindfulness-based counselling, one to one mindfulness, clinical supervision and mindfulness teaching supervision in Richmond and South West London.
Go Mindfully runs Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion courses in Kingston, Richmond and Oxford. We offer beginner and follow-up courses, including monthly graduate Top Up sessions and residential retreats.
