I am a counsellor/psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and Mindfulness teacher. Since Sept 2015 I have taught 6 MSC courses to public groups, at MIND mental health charity and in adapted version to NHS staff groups. I love that MSC is accessible to anyone, regardless of meditation experience.
