Jocelyn Prudencio (She/Her/Hers), better known as Jossie, is a strategic, self-motivated leader with deep experience in nonprofit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance and reporting. Effective and detail-oriented manager of finances, people, information and technology. Builds strong cross-functional professional relationships. Works with all levels of contributors on behalf of a wide spectrum of nonprofits, including trade associations, charities, and private and public foundations. Jocelyn has expertise in maximizing resource productivity by analyzing processes and implementing changes. Innovative, blending passion, integrity, entrepreneurial strategies, fiscal acumen and follow-through to achieve organizational goals. She is an integral member of the management team, providing input on management strategy and contributing to the development of strategic goals.
