As you have learned, we are transforming the upcoming Mindful Self-Compassion Core Skills workshop, originally planned to be offered in Kansas City, to an online 4-session program taught live by Chris Germer and Kristin Neff. Chris, Kristin and CMSC sincerely hope you will opt to take the time and participate in this first-of-its-kind offering of self-compassion training in this form. In fact, we would like to offer you a modest incentive to stay enrolled: a free copy of the eBook version of the Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook.
However, we understand that this format and schedule may not work for you, in which case you have some additional options:
1) We have rescheduled the in-person workshop for April 23-24, 2021, and you can simply have your registration transferred to that event.
2) Alternatively, you may of course cancel your registration and receive a refund.
Please note that the coronavirus situation has put a tremendous strain on the finances of the non-profit Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, and refunds will take some time to process. You also have the option of not cancelling or requesting a refund, but simply indicating that you will not be attending the online program. That generous option will allow us to open your space to another potential participant, and your fees will help us do this important work of sharing self-compassion with the world.
Please complete this form, stating your preferred alternative, by April 6, 2020.
Anyone who does not complete this form will be automatically transferred to the online course.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding!
