Mindful Self-Compassion centres on learning skills of cultivating mindful presence and a compassionate self which can counter the ‘inner critic’ and help us live our lives with more ease, peace and acceptance. By developing skills such as compassionate listening, compassionate self, mindful presence and more, participants gain skills in emotional regulation and increased well-being and resilience.
This workshop introduces the core skills of the Mindful Self-Compassion course in a day and it consists of both theoretical teaching and experiential exercises. The participants will learn new skills and techniques which may help them in their practice and their every day lives.
