Join us for a 1-day rejuvenation journey, discovering skills and practices that will enhance your life, through Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program based on groundbreaking research of Dr Kristin Neff and clinical expertise of Dr Christopher Germer. Extensive research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional strength and resilience and can be learned by anyone in managing stress and challenges in life. MSC is an experiential program, a combination of short talks and exercises, designed for general public, as well as for professionals who wish to integrate self-compassion into their work. No previous experience with mindfulness is required to attend MSC 1-day Introduction and this program can be organized for a specific group or organization/workplace or general public.
