This is a Ten Day Course, where you can learn practical skills to cultivate Self-Compassion and Mindfulness in Your Everyday Life.
It takes place at the New Life Foundation in Chiang Rai — a beautiful place surrounded by nature and a community that values open, honest communication and deep friendships. The course is constructed with daily structured learning; daily spaces to evolve and hone the tools and skills being taught; as well as time to engage more informally with New Life’s community and wider activities.
No experience of Mindfulness or Meditation is necessary to undertake this course. All are welcome!
