We don’t expect our mobile phone to continue working without charging it up each night, right? And yet we somehow expect our self-compassion practice to stay buoyant without giving it a little polish or the occasional recharge! Isn’t it curious that we often expect our emotional health to keep flourishing without a loving or compassionate boost?
Just like our mobile phones, we too need recharging! Keeping Your Practice Alive Graduate Programme serves to give all parts of you replenishment in an often draining world. When you are part of this group, you plug yourself back into your own self-compassion power source, our common humanity and our compassionate community.
This rolling programme is designed to help you to practice, to remember to practice and to deepen your practice! It is structured to fit into your everyday life without placing an unrealistic demand on your time. You can connect wherever you are in the world and will not need to travel long distances to meet up.
It will provide a monthly, ‘deep dive’ to help keep your practice alive. Finding the perfect balance between deepening your practice and juggling the demands of your often very busy life can be really tricky!
This monthly series endeavours to support you with a light yet deep touch as you circumnavigate your way through the ups and downs of being human and all the messy bits and bobs we can so easily get tangled up in. It is designed to support all those who have successfully completed the Mindful Self-Compassion training in either the in-person 8 week, 5 day or online formats. It takes place on the last Sunday of every month.
We warmly invite you to join us to explore how your practice is going and what you may like to practice for a richer, more self-compassionate life. Please feel free to give us a call or drop us a line if you’d like to learn more.
You can join for the year or pop in when you can month by month. We never want financial circumstances to be a barrier, so we have created a Scholarship provision to ensure everyone who is committed to their practice can participate. Simply make an application via our scholarship form.
No matter where you are on your MSC path, you are wholeheartedly welcome to come along. Whether you are a ‘fresh out of school’ Grad, or a practitioner of many years or even a teacher, we all benefit from the connection, conversation and clarity with our personal and group practice. This is a fully inclusive space, where all members of our community and ‘difference’ is celebrated.
We look forward to welcoming you to our Kind Mind Family.
