This 2-day workshop is an in-depth opportunity for people to immerse themselves in some of the key practices and exercises of the full 8-week program in an intensive format. You will learn the core skills of the MSC program through meditation, daily life practices, mini-lectures, group exercises and discussions. This course is relevant for the general public and practicing mental health professionals. This 2-day workshop will be delivered by Dr. Steve Hickman (co-founders of the MSC Program), and Dr. Adrian Wan (at the Centre on Behavioral Health, HKU).
No prior experience in mindfulness or any other contemplative practices is required.
