Self-compassion for the time poor. Give yourself the gift of just a few hours to begin to understand our natural tendencies to self-criticise, push ourselves too hard and generally not treat ourselves anywhere near as well we would a friend.
In this short introductory workshop, you will learn:
– the science and physiology of self-compassion
– our natural blocks to self-kindness (e.g. many think it’s a weakness, when in fact, being more self-compassionate makes your more resilient through difficult times, more self-motivated and more compassionate to others).
– Experiences of mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion practices that will allow your mind to begin developing in the direction of more self-compassion.
