Mindful Self-Compassion is typically an 8-week course in which you learn to cultivate resilience and build on existing inner strength by using self-compassion skills through mindfulness. In this 3-hour workshop you will get an introduction to the skills, tools, and topics taught in the Course.
Research has shown that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional wellbeing. It can boost happiness, reduce depression and anxiety, and can even help to maintain healthy life style habits such as diet and exercise. Being both mindful and self-compassionate can lead to greater ease in our daily lives.
