In addition to normal 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program run over five days, this program will include beach / bush walking and mindful stretching in the midst of the Spring flower season at Wilson’s promontory. The will be a 36-hour period of silence.
Cost includes all sessions, all meals, and accommodation in the group lodge (BYO linen).
The maximum number of participants is 10.
Participants gain skills to:
– practice self compassion in daily life
– motivate themselves with kindness rather than criticism rather than kindness
– handle difficult emotions with greater ease to live life more mindfully
– manage “compassion fatigue” – ideal for care-givers and health professionals
