Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an outstanding didactic and experiential training workshop where you learn the powerful practices of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion from inside out: that is by applying Mindful Self-Compassion in your life, you can better use it in your professional work for more effective engagement and interventions.
In this intensive training workshop, you will be presented with new evidence-based strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, pain and other conditions but as well you will be introduced to new powerful micro self-care practices. The aim of the workshops is two-fold: firstly, to enhance professional skills by developing your own personal ability to meet yourself with self-compassion in more depth. At the end of the workshop, you feel refreshed and revitalised.
