Nothing brings us more pleasure than to serve the beautiful hearts at the Museum of Happiness. We are honoured to be offering the official 5 Day Intensive Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) training programme in partnership with our friends at the MOH.
After the heart-warming success of the 5 Day Intensive last September (2018), we are delighted to return once again to the Museum of Happiness Community.
The founders of the Museum of Happiness, Shamash and Vicky, have been sowing seeds of love, happiness and kindfulness since its inception on 15 February 2014. It fills our hearts with great joy to be supporting their inspirational work by sharing the transformational, potent and tender practices of Mindful Self-Compassion.
Both founders of The Museum of Happiness, Shamash Alidina – (author of ‘Mindfulness for Dummies’ and other superb mindfulness books) and Vicky Johnson have experienced this life-changing course. Vicky attended our 5 Day residential Intensive at Florence House this summer and loved it so much, she invited us back! Both can, hand on heart, say it has had profound positive effects on their lives!
To keep the training as inclusive as possible and accessible for all budgets, this 5 Day Intensive will be non-residential. There are options to stay close by at a selection of accommodation if you do not live in central London. We will be at a wonderful new community venue in Waterloo. Super convenient for all Londoners and visitors alike. Everyone is welcome!
The course format will be gentle and as spacious as possible, allowing all participants to soak up the material at a kind pace. This programme is open to all – previous mindfulness and/or compassion practice experience is not required.
