Are you feeling overwhelmed? Tired? Is your internal tank on empty? Then a silent retreat might be just the nourishment you need.

We love silence! Silence creates a rich and fertile ground for conscious resting and an opportunity to allow your heart to open; just as a flower opens in response to the sun – gently, slowly, and naturally.

You are warmly invited to join us for 5 days of guided mindfulness and self-compassion practice in the warm embrace of silence. You need nothing but the willingness to meet whatever arises in each moment with curiosity, courage, and compassion.

Having given many online retreats since Lockdown, we are totally in awe of the heart-opening experiences our participants share.

We love providing self-compassion-focused silent retreats and believe they are truly enriching and deeply valuable for one’s own flourishing. But don’t take our word for it! Practice at home is much more useful and practical for daily life than going isolated facility away from home. I was aware how I use my senses in daily life, so my cognitive sensor is sharper now. THIS RETREAT IS BEING HOSTED IN LONDON. Our schedule will follow BST. If you are not based in Europe or the UK, please check your time zones so that you feel comfortable attending. We have many participants joining us from different parts of the world. Some start very early in their time zone, some start later, however, they all report how these challenges served them to deepen their practice in one way or another.
