Having given several online retreats since Lockdown, we are totally in awe of the heart-opening experiences our participants share. “Although I was unsure about the silent retreat ONLINE because it’s 5 days long and there was a time difference issue, I HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. PRACTICE AT HOME IS MUCH MORE USEFUL AND PRACTICAL FOR DAILY LIFE than going to an isolated facility away from home.
