This 6-Week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Course Online focuses on building skills to support stability, compassion, and resilience. Coming together to tend to ourselves and others with care, respect, and support has never felt more important. The course meets once per week for 1.5 hours and includes short guided meditations, experiential exercises, short talks on practices for everyday life, and small group discussion. MSC is a workshop series where the goal is for participants to directly experience self-compassion in daily life.
