This 6-Week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Class Online course is a shortened version of the 8-week MSC program. The course meets once per week for 1.5 hours and includes short guided meditations, experiential exercises, short talks on practices for everyday life, group discussion, and home practices. The course focuses on building emotional resources and skills for responding kindly to the natural difficulties of life, rather than addressing old wounds. In these turbulent times, these practices can support the development of stability, compassion, and resilience.
