During these continuing challenging times learn how mindfulness and self-compassion can help us cope with stress and anxiety, manage our difficult emotions, and take better care of ourselves in daily life. The course includes teachings on what is self-compassion and how to practice it, discovering your compassionate voice, self-compassion and resilience and burnout, and making it count. Recorded guided meditations and handouts are provided. These six one-hour sessions can be a good introduction to MSC or a good review for those who have taken the full 8-week MSC course. I believe we need these practices now more than ever.
