This 6-week Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion is a modified version of the full 8-week program. This short course was developed in an effort to continue to share MSC but with fewer hours and weeks to commit. This is a wonderful beginning class series.
In this experiential course you will learn to:
Practice mindfulness and self-compassion in daily life
Handle difficult emotions with greater ease
Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
Learn to care for yourself while you care for others, reducing caregiver fatigue
Increase meaning in your life by clarifying your core values
