Together, in a supportive community atmosphere, we will explore:

  • The neuroscience of self-compassion
  • The three core components of self-compassion
  • A range of practices aimed at calming your inner critic and promoting inner peace
  • Specific practices for difficult emotions, including shame
  • Creating a daily self-compassion practice

You will leave with hands-on experience and, if you like, a personal practice tailored to your needs and preferences.
