The 6-week Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC) program is designed for participants to learn a set of Mindful Self-Compassion practices with less time commitment. The program explores how we typically respond when difficulties arise in our lives and to learn tools for becoming a warm and supportive companion to ourselves.
Program activities include short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices. Meditation experience is not necessary to participate in SC-MSC. All are welcome!
Dates: 6 Thursdays, June 9 – July 14, 2022. 12pm-1:15pm Pacific Standard Time.
