This new 6-week one hour series, developed by CMSC, is based on the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion and designed for those who cannot easily take an 8-week course. We will learn some of the informal practices and exercises of MSC with a focus on adding more self-compassion to our daily lives. Perhaps we need this now more than ever. Offered online via Zoom due to COVID-19.
