Join me, Markus, for this online course in mindful self-compassion to develop skills that enable you to hold yourself with kindness and understanding. We will learn and practice together as we embark on this journey in self-compassion, which includes

offering compassion to self and others
approaching difficult emotions with more clarity and ease
discovering and reconnecting with values that are important to us
motivating ourselves with compassion
coping with burn-out

The sessions will include talks, practices, sharing. Participants are asked to practice up to 30 minutes a day to build a personal practice.

Fee: $195CAD
Days and Times: 6 weeks, Sundays, 11:30am-1pm, Eastern (Canada/US)
