“Love Yourself Up!”

Join me and a loving, supportive community for the 6-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC) to learn skills of dealing with difficult situations, challenging relationships and emotions, burnout, as well as understanding our inner critic and how to motivate ourselves with kindness.

The short course is ideal for those who wish to get a taste of what it feels like to practice and learn MSC in a course format. The course is scaffolded and you will be gently guided as you develop your skill of self-compassion (which we all have! and so do you!). ๐Ÿ™‚ Let yourself be held and supported by a group of fellow participants who all wish to build their capacity to be kind and loving towards themselves.

When? Sundays, February 07-March 14, 2021, 11:30am-1pm Eastern US/Canada
Where? Online. Zoom.
With whom? Markus Bohlmann, PhD and trained MSC teacher
Fee? CAD225 (a few subsidies are available for those who are unable to afford the full fee through the Dianna Last Fund)
