Containing the key practices of Mindful Self Compassion and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, this eight week course, providing 17 hours of classroom time on Zoom (including a silent retreat session) and provides mp3s to pratice with. It covers formal and informal practices, some exercises and ways of embedding Mindfulness and Sel-Compassion into our lives.
Based in a firm foundation of research, this course provides the essentials for living as well as possible in the midst of whatever happens in life.
Building our resources, inner resilience and sense of community are essential in these challenging times. The 8 week online course is full of ways to meet the difficulties we may be facing in our lives which could be physical, mental, emotional or in relationship with others.
