More than anything this course helps transform life-long patterns of self-criticism, enabling you to develop more kindly ways of relating to yourself and to others.
The course includes guided meditation practices, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion and home practices. Participants are supported to directly experience self-compassion and learn practices to embed this in daily life.
