Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an 8-week, training program, based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Chris Germer. It is designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion.
Rapidly expanding research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, reduced stress levels and less anxiety & depression. It can support the maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise and has been shown to lead to greater resilience and strength.
People are welcome with or without previous meditation experience
