In this life-changing course participants will learn practices of mindfulness and self-compassion, which strengthen the ability to respond to difficult moments with understanding and self-care, and help develop emotional resilience and enhance emotional well-being. This course is appropriate for beginning and experienced meditators, anyone who wants to soften the voice of the inner critic and free the mind of destructive thoughts and emotions.
