This online Mindful Self-Compassion adventure will be facilitated by two experienced therapists who understand firsthand how mindfulness and self-compassion practices help us skillfully navigate daily life stress and responsibilities. Jennifer and Meghan are known for their practical, engaging, and authentic approach to teaching. The course will run 9/1/22-10/27/22 from 6-8:30 PM CST (no class on 10/13/22) with a retreat on Sunday, 10/2/22 (2-4:30 PM, CST). The course price is $350 and we will offer two, $50 discounted rates.
