I will be offering the 8 week course in Mindful Self-Compassion in the spring of 2019. This is a beautiful entry way into understanding self-compassion, supporting a mindfulness practice, surprising yourself with the delights of connecting to your own heart and meeting other wonderful souls on the journey of inner work.
It will take place at a Calm retreat in Sebringville just 6 minutes West of Stratford, ON on Saturday mornings from 9:30am-12:30pm from March 23, 2019 –
June 1, 2019 (excluding Easter weekend and Victoria Day weekend).
