Come and join us in our 8th offering of Mindful Self Compassion and join the growing MSC community in Hamilton and the surrounding area of Toronto and Niagara.
Mindful Self Compassion is an empirically-supported training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. The course is based on the ground breaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.
Research has shown that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional well-being, less anxiety, depression and stress, maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise as well as more satisfying interpersonal relationships.
No prior experience is required.
