This official Mindful Self-Compassion 8 week course is the ideal way to learn MSC skills and have time to practice and embody the premises. Each week we learn gentle ways to be with ourselves when meeting suffering and develop practical ways to embrace the daily challenges of everyday life.
Mindful Self-Compassion enables you to respond to difficult moments in your life with kindness; motivate yourself with compassion rather than criticism and handle challenging emotions with greater ease.
It builds resilience and emotional well-being. MSC has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression and stress and increase happiness.

Mindful Self-Compassion can be learnt by anyone. There are no pre-requisites to attend this course. It is for anyone wanting to learn or deepen their mindfulness and self-compassion skills and qualifies as one of the prerequisites for the MSC Teacher Training.
Kind Mind Academy Therapy Room holds a maximum of 10 participants, so each group has an intimate, friendly atmosphere. It is set in a quiet, tree-lined suburb in the London Borough of Sutton. Easy access from central London. You will be greeted by a two super friendly teachers who hold a warm embrace for your MSC adventure.
