An event every week that begins at 5:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 3, 2019

Course Navigation

We meet eight times during the period Jan 23 to April 3, and a half day on a Saturday (4 hours). Between the meetings you practice daily meditation at home with the help of audio files, about 30 minutes per day. Your intention should be to be able to participate in each meeting and to dedicate time to home exercises.

The course is open to everyone, but it is good if you have mediated before. The course fits perfectly as a continuation of an MBSR course or other mindfulness courses.

Dates: 23/1, 30/1, 6/2, 20/2, 6/3, silent half day 9/3 (no class 13/3), 20/3, 27/3, 3/4
