I will be offering the 8-week course in Mindful Self-Compassion plus a silent retreat day, in the fall of 2019. This is a beautiful entry way into understanding self-compassion, supporting a mindfulness practice, surprising yourself with the delights of connecting to your own heart and meeting other wonderful souls on the journey of inner work.
It will take place at a Calm retreat in Sebringville, just 6 minutes West of Stratford, ON on Saturday mornings from 9:30am-12:30pm from October 19 –
December 14, 2019.
