This 8 week session of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is designed to cultivate the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion as a powerful tool for emotional resilience. Learn to responding with kindness during times of stress, adversity, depression, anxiety, chronic pain or personal struggles. This course can be particularly helpful for those in caring professions, or those caring for others, whether they are parents, children, or other family members.
When: Thursdays starting October 10th, 2019
Time: 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Location: 201-1311 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg Manitoba
Half Day Retreat: November 9, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Note: no class will be held October 31.
