This 8-Week course will include the concepts, practices and exercises presented the Mindful Self-Compassion course as developed by Dr Kristin Neff and Dr Chris Germer. Class members will receive the MSC workbook and weekly follow-up emails with home practices and links for deepening their investigation. There will be a half day retreat offered on a weekend mid-way through the course, date TBA. Class size will be limited to 16 and scholarships are available.
