I will be offering the Mindful Self-Compassion course over eight Thursday evenings (and one Sunday morning) in Melbourne starting in February 2020.
We’ll be meeting on Thursday evenings 6.30pm to 9.30pm from 6th February to 26th March.
In addition, there will be a Half Day Retreat on Sunday 1st March from 9am to 1pm.
