This online program is an adventure in self-discovery, self-kindness, and a common sense of humanity. The research-based curriculum is designed to cultivate the skills of self-compassion and to teach core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult emotions and pain with a kind perspective and understanding. Self-compassion provides emotional strength and resilience, allowing us to admit our shortcomings, forgive ourselves, motivate ourselves, care for others, and be fully human. Discounts and Scholarships are available in collaboration with Mindful Kids Miami adult programs. There will be a free orientation one hour zoom session on Monday, September 12 from 5:30-6:30pmEST.
