Course Navigation

This empirically supported 8-week training program is designed to cultivate skills of self-care through Mindful Self-Compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to challenging moments and relationships with kindness, care and confidence. Learning to be kind to ourselves has demonstrated multiple benefits for health and well-being, and increases internal capacities for greater peace, resilience and overall quality of life.

After participating in this course, those who attend will be able to:
• Practice self-compassion in daily life
• Understand empirically supported benefits of self-compassion
• Discover sustainable motivation through kindness rather than criticism
• Respond to difficult emotions and situations with greater ease
• Practice the art of savoring and self-appreciation
• Savor vital relationships and transform challenging relationships
