Mindful Self-Compassion is an 8-week course that combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. Mindful Self-Compassion is the practice of giving ourselves the same kindness and gentleness we would offer to a friend. A randomized controlled trial demonstrated that MSC significantly increased self-compassion, compassion for others, mindfulness, and life satisfaction, as well as decreased depression, anxiety and stress.
