An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until March 13, 2021
The Krame Center For Mindful Living is offering a LIVE online 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion course taught by senior instructor Beth Sandweiss, MSW, MA, LPC and qualified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher trained by the Center For Mindful Self-Compassion. Beth will be accompanied by Catherine Krame, General Assistant.
When we are faced with difficult moments in our lives, we can increase our resilience by strengthening our capacity for self-compassion. We can learn tools to cultivate an awareness of our experience that will enable us to meet ourselves with kindness, care, and understanding. Research shows that self-compassion boosts happiness, reduces anxiety and depression, and enhances overall wellbeing. We invite you to benefit from our upcoming 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course with Beth.
Give yourself the gift of self-compassion and start the new year with important self-care!
