We will be offering the Mindful Self-Compassion course over eight Thursday evenings (and one Sunday morning) in Melbourne starting in February 2020.
We’ll be meeting on Thursday evenings 6.30pm to 9.30pm (AEST) from 18th February to 15th April (no meeting on 1st April).
In addition, there will be a Half Day Retreat on Sunday 21st March from 9am to 12pm (AEST)
