An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until March 14, 2021
This course will include meditation, instruction, writing exercises, and group discussion as well as in-session practice of the skills we are learning. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
A growing body of research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, an ability to cope with life challenges, a healthier lifestyle, more satisfying personal relationships, and lower levels of anxiety and depression. In this class you will discover the science and physiology behind self-compassion and learn the skills to practice self-compassion in your daily life.
