​Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) is designed to help you do just that with proven results on improved wellbeing.

Join us for 8 Classes plus a Nourishing Retreat.
Engaging discussions ~ Experiential exercises ~ Calming meditations ~ Small group interactions ~ Supportive home practices

Participants learn how to treat themselves more like someone they care about, befriending themselves, cultivating a gentle curiosity about inner experiences, motivating with encouragement, and coping with difficult emotions with greater calm and ease.
