This is the gold standard for persons looking to create their own compassionate inner voice to help them navigate life instead of the inner critic that is so destructive. The course is intentionally kept small to facilitate group cohesion and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate and get their needs met. In this course you will engage in meditations and exercises, learn formal and informal compassionate practices. Information is provided so that you understand the underlying research behind the practices; this allows you to become your own teacher making changes and modifications that fit you and your life.
