The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course teaches core principles and practices the enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with mindfulness, kindness and care.
Self-compassion provides us emotional strength that allows us to treat ourselves with kindness and relate wholeheartedly to others.

Why Mindful Self-Compassion?
Growing research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with:
– emotional well-being
– less anxiety, depression and stress
– maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise
– satisfying personal relationships

This course is taught in Australasian friendly time, 5 – 7.45 PM, Retreat day June 16 5 – 8PM Philippine time.
I.e. 11.00 – 13.45, Retreat day June 16: 11.00 – 14.00 Central European time.
English language.
