The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course teaches core principles and practices the enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with mindfulness, kindness and care.
Self-compassion provides us emotional strength that allows us to treat ourselves with kindness and relate wholeheartedly to others.
Why Mindful Self-Compassion?
Growing research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with:

– less anxiety, depression and stress
– maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise
